As such, do take note of some points that can help make your shopping hassle-free.
In the event that you received a wrong or damaged package, contact us within the next 7 days by e-mailing us your order details (e.g. name, address and order ID) for an exchange/ resent following the date that you receive the goods.
If the wrong package you received is a result of our mistake, we will gladly resent the correct order for free while you may keep the ‘wrong package’ without returning. Otherwise, to EXCHANGE/ REFUND the package, you are advised to abide by the following instructions:
- The product you return must be un-consumed, with the original packaging still completely intact.
- Damaged products are defined as products with safety seal and/or cap missing or appears to have been tempered with
- You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us within 3 business days of receipt of goods, stating your order ID and items ordered as per invoice.

Please note that the customer will be solely responsible for any resulting taxes, duties and shipping costs incurred.
In any cases, if you’re unsatisfied with the products after consuming part of it and would like to return the balances (at least 2/3 of the order) and request for a full refund, please follow the instructions below to facilitate your PARTIAL RETURN.
